الاستشهاد بجميع ما تم استخدمه من أفكار أو نتائج أو أعمال مكتوبة منسوبة لآخرين ممن يكون قد استفاد من اقتباسات من أبحاثهم المنشورة أو غير المنشورة أو مادتهم العلمية أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال المشاركة في عمله البحثي ويوثقها توثيقا علميا دقيقا.

من المهم لأي برنامج أكاديمي افتراضي وقبل أن نهبط به به إلى حيز التنفيذ أن تكون هناك إجراءات إدارية تؤكد على وضع الأسس والقواعد التي تحكم نزاهة العملية التعليمية ولابد أن تكون هذه الخطوة ضمن الأولويات، وعليه تكون وثيقة الطالب للنزاهة الأكاديمية ضمن تلك الأولويات، حيث أن من حق أي طالب أن يكون على علم إلى حد ما بسياسة النزاهة الأكاديمية. فوثيقة النزاهة الأكاديمية تهدف إلى تزويد الطلاب بمعايير واضحة للسلوك. ويقر جميع الطلاب لدى التسجيل في أي دورة أو مساق تعليمي بمعرفتهم ودرايتهم بالميثاق وإجراءاته، فضلاً عن معرفتهم بتبعات انتهاكهم لأيٍّ من هذه المعايير. وقد تكون المخالفات ذات طبيعة أكاديمية أو غير أكاديمية.

تعمل منصة كنوز ريتاج التعليمية الافتراضية على دقة وسلامة بيانات ومعلومات المتدربين، واستخدام الإجراءات التقنية لضمان دقة البيانات والمعلومات، حيث يطلب من المتدرب أن تتطابق بياناته مع البيانات الأساسية كما لا يمكن تعديلها لاحقا إلا من خلال التواصل مع إدارة المنصة ، كما يجب أن يقدم بيانات اتصال (رقم جوال وبريد الكتروني) حيث يتم التأكد من المستخدم من خلال رسالة توثيقية، وذلك عند التسجيل أو إعادة الدخول أو استلام الوثائق الالكترونية الصادرة من المنصة الألكترونية
كما أنه عند وجود دخول خاطئ يتم تعليق الحساب، ويمكن التعامل معه تقنيا وقانونيا لحماية حسابات المستخدمين ومعلوماتهم، وحالة وجود دخول أو محاولة دخول تتصف بالانتحال أو السرقة أو الغش أو التزوير التقني فإن لإدارة المنصة اغلاق أو تعليق الحساب والبيانات واتخاذ الإجراءات والوسائل القانونية والتقنية للتعامل وفق للأنظمة واللوائح ومحاسبة المسبب والمستفيد والمستخدم.

سياسة البريد الالكتروني:لن نشارك أو نخول أي جهة خارجية للدخول على بريدك الالكتروني الا بأذن المستخدم.
